• If you are using a refund credit, please ensure you mention this in your order.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email with the full order details.
• Most orders will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days of payment. You will receive an estimated delivery time on your confirmation email. If you do not wish to wait, you my cancel your order or replace the said product/s with another similar item/s.
• In the event of any product/s not being available, you will be notified and your choice of canceling the said product/s or replacing them with a similar product for the same price or less of the ordered product.
