If you haven't ordered on the internet much before, then read this. Otherwise skip it & enjoy our fast easy checkout process.

Add to Cart

The first thing to do is to add the item to your 'shopping cart' - just click the 'Add to Cart' button  that  is next to the picture of the  item you wnat to buy.

When you add something to your cart, the contents of your cart will be displayed. You may also notice that from now on, the pages are protected by our secure SSL

Here you can increase the quantity of items if you need more than one. If there are other items that you need to buy, then click the "Continue to Shop" button - the contents of your cart will be 'remembered' as long as you stay on the website.

If you are ready to finalise your purchase, then click the 'Checkout' button - . We now begin the process of entering your contact, delivery and payment details.

First we collect your contact details. This is so that we can communicate with you regarding your order. The address that you supply will be used on the invoice and also as the default delivery address. The delivery address can be changed in the next screen if it  is not the same as your contact (billing) address. All the fields marked with a red asterix are required to be filled out.

Password - after you have placed your order you can 'login' at a later date to check on the progress of your order.

Validation Code - type in the numbers and letters that you see in the box above. This process stops automated robots (spambots) from filling out and submitting the form. If you cannot read the code, then you will need to call us to place your order, or find someone who can help you.

After you click 'Continue' you will receive a welcome email, and you will be automatically 'logged in' to the website. It now time to enter your delivery details.

Delivery Details

You will see that the address that you entered in the previous step appears as your delivery address. If you prefer to have them sent to a different address then click the "Change Address" button.

The 'Shipping Method' is also decided here. There is only one method to choose from, so there are no further fields you have to fill out here. Click the 'Continue' button.

Note the handy progress indicator at the bottom of the page. This shows you where you are in the ordering process.

Payment Options

The next screen deals with your payment options. As with the delivery address, your Billing Address is already filled out, but you can change it if you like.

You have 3 choices:

1. Credit Card (our own facility)
   Just enter your details. The page is secured by ssl, and the details are split and stored in different locations until the order is processed. The cart software will automaticall detect the card type (eg Mastercard or Visa) by the card number, so no need to tell us the card type. 
   Be careful to check the 'Credit Card Owner' field because the field is automatically filled out with your name as you entered earlier, however that may not necessarily be the name that appears on your card.
    
2. PayPal
   Use the facilities at PayPal to process your credit card payment. You don't need a PayPal account (look for the link down the bottom-left of the page). 
    
3. Cheque/Money Order (offline payments)
   Also use this option for bank transfers, and credit card orders where you phone/email/fax the card details to us later. Select this option if you are not paying by credit card right now.

Confirmation

The next screen is simply a confirmation step. Just check that all the details you have supplied are correct, and change them if needed.

Click the 'Confirm Order' and you are done! Unless you are paying by PayPal in which case you will be redirected to their page to enter payment details.
