Delivery

International orders:
We do not deliver to countries outside Australia.

The responsibility of providing the correct address lies with you. We will not be held liable to refund any amount of moneys paid for any orders delivered to the wrong address, due to the customer giving the wrong information on a completed order form.

All delivery charges are in Australian Dollars & may change without notice.

Payment

There are many ways to pay for your purchase. You can pay straight away using your credit card, or you can fax/phone the card details in to us at a later time. You can also choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer.

When it comes to enter your payment details during the checkout process you have 3 choices:

1. Credit Card (our own facility)
   Just enter your details. The page is secured by ssl, and the details are split and stored in different locations until the order is processed. The cart software will automaticall detect the card type (eg Mastercard or Visa) by the card number, so no need to tell us the card type. 
   Be careful to check the 'Credit Card Owner' field because the field is automatically filled out with your name as you entered earlier, however that may not necessarily be the name that appears on your card.
    
2. PayPal
   Use the facilities at PayPal to process your credit card payment. You don't need a PayPal account (look for the link down the bottom-left of the page). 
    
3. Cheque/Money Order (offline payments)
   Also use this option for bank transfers, and credit card orders where you phone/email/fax the card details to us later. Select this option if you are not paying by credit card right now.
